I ship all items using first class mail within 14 business days of received payment.
I ship most international orders the next Wednesday after purchase. Insurance can be purchased if desired, just message me your request. I provide FREE delivery confirmation for domestic orders. Message me if you need expedited shipping for your item and I can definitely accommodate!
Country specific taxes and fees are responsibility of importer (customer).
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipment if insurance is not purchased. However, I will do my best to help if your item is missing and try to resolve any issues fairly.
Most of my shipping materials are 100% post consumer recycled materials and are recyclable- all boxes, tissue paper, ect.
If you feel in any way unsatisfied please contact me with any issues or concerns. I will be happy to exchange or work with you on any problems. All shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
All made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned. I try to represent the items as true to life as possible with as many measurements and specs as possible.
Sale items cannot be returned.
